Cartoons are a staple of childhood. They’re a way to escape into fantasy and live out adventures that we might never have the chance to do in real life. The popularity of cartoons has changed throughout time, but there are still many favorites from our generation today. Here is the list of 10 most famous Cartoons Today:
1) Spongebob Squarepants
SpongeBob SquarePants is a cartoon that has been around for a while now and it’s apparent in its popularity. Children love to watch this show because they can relate to SpongeBob who is just an average guy going through everyday life with his best friend Patrick, Squidward Tentacles, and Sandy Cheeks.
This show teaches children about different types of emotions as well as how to handle certain situations. It also gives them a look into what their future might hold if they don’t do well in school or try hard enough at home. The characters are relatable which makes it easy for children to understand each episode and what they’re trying to teach.

It’s hard not to discuss this incredibly popular cartoon without giving it some major credit. With all the different references people make using this show, it’s apparent how loved it is. This cartoon is based on Alvin and the Chipmunks. The show first aired in 1983 and it follows three talking chipmunk brothers who love to sing.
